How one proceeds, what he focuses on, how willing he is, to expand the limits of his self - imposed, comfort zone, and whether, he is ready, willing, and able, to proceed, forward, wisely, and effectively, often, makes a huge difference, on one's quality of life! Focus on what, specific PATH, you are ready, and willing, to take, and, why, you might choose, a specific course of action. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and how, a wise decision, might make you, considerably, happier, and healthier.

1. Priorities; planning; plans; pleasure; preferences; pursuits: Consider carefully, your personal priorities, and specific rationale! Are your plans meaningful, and focused, for - you, and will your personal planning, make you happier, and healthier? Will your preferences, bring you pleasure, and will your pursuits, focus on the best paths, for you to take?

2. Attitude; attention; aptitude; action: Negativity, often, destroys your productivity! When we proceed, with a positive, can - do, attitude, and we pay attention, to the best way, to achieve our objectives, we position ourselves, effectively, to enhance our aptitude, skill - sets, and personal potential! However, merely having good ideas, objectives, etc, doesn't get it done, unless/ until, we proceed, with a well - considered, strategic and action plan!

Study, learn, and fully consider options and alternatives, taking advantage of time - tested approaches, and concepts, and apply them, appropriately. When there are obstacles, consider them as challenges, to overcome, instead of problems, and proceed forward, in a well - considered, timely manner! Never forget to be true to yourself, and maintain the highest quality of personal character, in everything you do, and pursue!

4. Honest; healing; head/ heart: Be pragmatic, introspective, and objective, so you might maintain the ability to take an honest look, at yourself, and proceed, in a way which is personally, healing! Combine the finest aspects of, both, your logical, and emotional components, in a head/ heart balance!
